Teen Died And Came Back To Life 20 MIN Later. He Says It Was All Due To The Man He Met When Dead!

Zack Clements was a healthy 17-year-old boy, and high school athlete. He played football at Victory Life Academy in Brownwood, Texas.

He was running in his PE class when he suddenly collapsed. His heart stopped, and he was taken to the hospital where doctors did everything they could to revive him. They could not.

A TEEN DIED AND CAME BACK TO LIFE 20 MINUTES LATER

Zack was declared dead for 20 minutes before he came back to life. What makes it so remarkable is what happened during those 20 minutes – described in the video above – and the likelihood of it happening.

Zack Clements says he received visit from man with thick beard who put a hand on his shoulder and told him “everything would be alright”

“When I was out those 20 minutes, I saw a man who had long ruffled hair and kind of a thick beard, and it didn’t take me long to realize that that was Jesus,” Zack told CBS DFW.

Sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) is not the same as a heart attack. A heart attack occurs if blood flow to part of the heart muscle is blocked. During a heart attack, the heart usually doesn’t suddenly stop beating.

(SCA) is a condition in which the heart suddenly and unexpectedly stops beating. If this happens, blood stops flowing to the brain and other vital organs.

It can happen in people who appear healthy and have no known heart disease or other risk factors for SCA.

Sudden cardiac arrest during sports is the number one killer of teen and youth athletes, writes Dr. Jonathan Drezner for the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation.

According to the Mayo Clinic, most deaths due to sudden cardiac arrest are in older adults. The causes of sudden cardiac death in young people vary. About two-thirds of the time, death is due to a heart abnormality.
